Ceramics workshop for beginners

If clay is on your mind but you don't know where to start, this is a great first step. In the workshop, you'll learn the basics of hand-building and see how the material behaves.

No prior skills are needed. Just your hands, curiosity, and a willingness to embrace that everything is new at first.

What does the session look like?

During the session, I'll show you basic techniques for forming clay without a pottery wheel. Most often, we'll create a mug, a small bowl, a small vase, or a shape that emerges along the way and tells you what it wants to be.

For whom?

For adults and youth aged 14+ who want to try ceramics for the first time or return to it after a long break.
